We are extremely pleased to announce that Logistical Building Services (Electrical) has been awarded the first two phases of electrical installation, in addition to the internal plumbing work awarded in December 2017, to Upton Gardens. This project is being constructed on the site of the old West Ham Football Club- Upton Park- in Newham, London for Barratt Homes, Stratford, with Logistical Building Services (Electrical) working on 248 apartments across three blocks.

All the apartments at Upton Gardens will feature an open plan living and dining area, with downlighters being installed in the hallway, kitchen, bathroom, and en-suites. The living spaces and bedrooms will also feature a white pendant low energy light. Every apartment will have access to a private outdoor space as well as the surrounding landscaped communal gardens.
