In August 2018, Logistical Building Services (Electrical) was awarded the mechanical contract to New Mill Quarter in Hackbridge for Barratt Homes. Located close to the River Wandle and minutes away from Beddington Park, New Mill Quarter will be a combination of contemporary one and two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses with on-site retail units available.

Logistical Building Services (Electrical) will be responsible for the design, fabrication, supply, delivery, installation, testing, and commission of the permanent Energy Centre to New Mill Quarter. We will also be installing the HIU’s within all dwellings and commercial units and the ductwork from the Energy Centre to the apartments.
