Low Carbon Heating
New Mill Quarter is the first project Logistical Building Services (Electrical) has worked on that will not be heated with gas or oil. Once completed, all residential and commercial premises on the development will be heated from an Energy Recovery Facility, located two miles away in Beddington, through underground insulated pipes.
Whilst this system was in development, Logistical Building Services (Electrical) worked with an ongoing supplier- Ideal Heat Solutions- to install a temporary HVO Boiler on site; in keeping with the project’s specifications for an environmentally friendly installation.
