Electric Quarter

Located in North London, Electric Quarter aims to become a thriving new neighbourhood, bringing together a mix of apartments and houses with new community facilities. Logistical Building Services (Electrical) was awarded Phase 2 of the project in 2019 and are responsible for the Mechanical and Electrical installation to 84 apartments. 

Mechanical

Our Mechanical Team at Electric Quarter are responsible for installing the following: 

  • Soils, waste and drainage. 
  • All individual hot and cold water systems.
  • Bathrooms and shower rooms, including a fully accessible bathroom. 
  • Dry risers. 

The Mechanical Project Manager for Electric Quarter is Gary. 

Electrical

The team at Electric Quarter are responsible for the following installations: 

  • Individual Electrical Systems, Services and Risers. 
  • Free View and Cable Reception Equipment. 
  • Internal and External Lighting. 
  • Door Entry Systems to all apartments and communal areas.
