Customer Care Co-Ordinator
LBS (Electrical) Head Office
Position: Full Time, Permanent
Location: Shedfield, Southampton
Hours: 8.30am – 5pm inclusive of a lunch break
Starting Salary: £28,000 – £31,000 dependent on relevant skills, knowledge and experience.

Logistical Building Services (Electrical) is a leading Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, specialising in all aspects of Building Services, across London and the South of England. Offering the ease of a join Mechanical and Electrical package and support from the initial planning stage to customer care upon completion, LBS (Electrical) has worked on a number of prestigious award winning projects including Blackfriars Circus in Southwark and King Edward VII Estate in Midhurst. Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the day to day contact with principle contractor’s customer care teams and property occupants to resolve remedial issues found
- Booking in appointments and co-ordinating with LBS (Electrical)’s Customer Care Engineers
- Liaising with Management, Customer Care Operatives and Sub-Contractors to ensure that all remedial works are completed efficiently and to company expectations
- Identifying and reporting reoccurring issues that show that site installations are falling below expected levels
- Buying of materials for customer care works
- Checking contra charges and disputing where required
- Working closely with Accounts team to manage and invoice for any chargeable works
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience of working in a fast pace customer service environment
- A professional, assertive and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customers and contacts
- Able to work under pressure and multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of MS Office programs
- Self-motivating and able to work using their own initiative
- Be confident and able to input new ideas and processes to management
- Work well as an individual and as part of a team
- Driving licence is preferred.
