Customer Care

We pride ourselves at Logistical Building Services (Electrical) for our workmanship and thorough quality inspection and commissioning procedures but, as with any industry, follow up care can be required. 

Our dedicated office based customer care team can offer telephone assistance, between the hours of 8am and 5pm daily, in the first instance to help quickly overcome any minor issues that can be rectified without an engineer. In other cases, our customer care team will organise for an engineer to visit. a property at the earliest convenience to rectify the fault. For emergency cases, such as a major water leak or gas leak, a qualified engineer will be sent out within four hours!
