Our post-occupation and customer care teams often do not receive much recognition for their hard work and polite service so it was wonderful to receive the following feedback:

I would like to make a particular note of the great work that plumbers Tom and Jack did.

Despite the Principal Contractor spec sheet being wrong, they did a fantastic job and were very willing to come back and change the remaining radiator. We were so pleased with them both- please may you pass on this message along with my compliments to them both.
