We are happy to confirm that Logistical Building Services (Electrical) has been awarded the Mechanical and Electrical installation for Phases C, K and N at Upton Gardens, West Ham.

Logistical Building Services (Electrical) began working on the Barratt Homes project in 2018 and has since completed the installation to over four hundred apartments across the first two phases of the project. In 2019, we were awarded the Mechanical and Electrical installation to Phases G, H, I and J of the project; adding a further 86 apartments and 60 duplexes to our portfolio.

Both our Mechanical and Electrical teams at Upton Gardens have received regular praise from Barratt Homes for their hard work, consistency and quality of workmanship. Being awarded these additional phases truly shows the success of our on-site team and congratulations must go to all working on the project for our success.

Phases C, K and N will begin later in 2020 and total 215 dwellings across the project.
