We are pleased to announce that Logistical Building Services (Electrical) has been awarded Phase 1D at King Edward VII Estate, located close to Midhurst. This work includes providing the Mechanical and Electrical work to 36 high specification apartments, which are to be added to the existing communal boiler house previously installed by Logistical Building Services (Electrical) during the first phase that commenced in 2014.
This award winning refurbishment of ‘The Kings Sanatorium,’ a tuberculosis hospital originally opened by King Edward VII in 1906, included Logistical Building Services (Electrical) providing the full first phase mechanical fit to 45 plots in addition to the underground water mains and portable water tanks. This project has been one of the largest refurbishments that Logistical Building Services (Electrical) has worked on to date.
Logistical Building Services (Electrical) looks forward to continuing our work with City & Country Developments on the next stage of refurbishments at this historical site.
