We are pleased to announce that Logistical Building Services (Electrical) has been awarded the first two phases of internal plumbing work at Upton Gardens for Barratt Homes, Stratford. The project is being constructed on the site of the old West Ham Football Club- Upton Park- in Newham, London with Logistical Building Services (Electrical) working on 248 apartments across 3 blocks.

These one, two, and three bedroom apartments will have underfloor heating throughout, with Logistical Building Services (Electrical) also installing the sanitary ware. 

As a company, we look forward to continuing our work with Barratt Homes, and for the first time working alongside the team at Barratt Homes, Stratford, after developing a strong relationship with the business on previous projects including Greenland Place and Lombard Wharf.
