Design and Build Services
Having a wealth of experience and expertise in the building services industry, we are able to offer in-house design services for all mechanical, plumbing, heating and electrical contracts. From a single bespoke property to a large tower of apartments, Logistical Building Services (Electrical) has the experience and knowledge to support any client. Our in-house design team coordinate and modify mechanical and electrical drawings using the most up-to-date AutoCAD software. Liaising with our onsite teams is the vital link between design and functionality and our team is frequently in contact with our clients and onsite teams to ensure that all drawings are up-to-date. Our design process ensures that all the record drawings we produce are accurate and of the high standard expected by our clients. We can also offer, as part of our tender procedure, value engineering on any external design to help with budget constraints. -
Mechanical and Plumbing
Logistical Building Services (Electrical) has specialists in plant rooms and energy centre design, with staff available to assist in both designing and installing all types of plumbing and electrical systems to suit the requirements of our clients’ and their projects. We can assist with the bespoke design and installation of centralised boiler systems, with Heat Interface Units installed in each property while using our extensive experience and expertise to deliver the best and most practical solution for our clients. The company has a broad knowledge of all types of heating systems including renewable energy, smart radiators, and underfloor heating and as a leading provider of renewable technology, we can install and commission air source heat pumps, ground source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting, Solar thermal and PV panels. Our team has extensive experience using copper, stainless steel, iron, and plastics and we will discuss what material meets our clients’ budgets. In addition, we can offer the benefit of pre-fabrication of plant rooms and pipe work off site; allowing a plant room, for example, to be built at the same time as any structure and then be delivered to site on skids designed specifically for each project when it is ready for installation. Pre-fabrication reduces installation time on site and also improves the quality of the final install as less site based labour is required. Logistical Building Services (Electrical) have the expertise to design and install boosted cold-water systems including anti surge devices, storage tanks, and variable speed booster plants. All domestic water supplies can be chlorinated and tested to BS6700:2006 as required by the local water authorities as part of our continued service. Additionally, as we have close contact with a number of luxury bathroom suppliers, we are able to specify and supply all brands of sanitary ware and brass ware; including sourcing bespoke designs.

Ventilation
Logistical Building Services (Electrical) has engineers trained in the design, installation, and commissioning of all types of supply and extract ventilation. Our mechanical team has experience in installing both air conditioning and comfort cooling systems, with ducted units becoming an increasingly popular choice for air conditioning in our residential buildings. An alternative to wall mounted air conditioners, ducted units provide an aesthetically pleasing option while we have seen an increasing demand for comfort cooling systems throughout our residential buildings. Our team has experience in installing car park ventilation, essential in preventing the build-up of fumes and gases and to assist in the removal of smoke in the event of a fire. As many of the car parks we work on are underground, it is essential that our teams install the appropriate ventilation method to meet the required Building Regulations. Additionally, our employees and sub-contractors are trained in installing the smoke extraction systems essential for the removal of smoke from a building in the instance of a fire. -
Electrical
As well as providing mechanical and plumbing services, we are able to offer the complete electrical design, installation, and after care for a variety of projects, including both residential and commercial buildings. With our NICEIC approved accreditation, we believe in setting benchmarks in installation standards and ensuring that a sound electrical install, compliant with strict regulations, are in place across all of our sites. Our electrical team has the expertise and experience to offer the installation of the mains distribution to buildings in addition to the ELV cabling and control systems. We can also install the building management systems for high specification efficient plants, essential for ensuring that all of our buildings achieve the highest level of efficiency through control heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and metering. Logistical Building Services (Electrical) can also install various types of lighting including internal, external, furniture, and air traffic control lighting to plots exceeding a certain height. Our teams are also experienced in installing the electrical services essential for the safety of all residents, including putting in emergency lighting, smoke and fire alarm systems and CCTV systems.

Customer Care
Logistical Building Services (Electrical) pride themselves on their workmanship and thorough quality inspection and commissioning procedures but, as with any industry, follow up care can be required. Our dedicated office based customer care team can offer telephone assistance, between the hours of 8am and 5pm daily, in the first instance to help quickly overcome any minor issues that can be rectified without an engineer. In other cases, our care team will organise for an engineer to visit your property at the earliest convenience to rectify the fault. For emergency cases, such as major water leaks or gas leaks, a qualified engineer will be sent out within four hours.
