Trinity Park
2023-Present
Situated in the historic Royal Borough of Greenwich, Trinity Park is one of the new residential development on the site of the former Morris Walk Estate. A combination of apartments and houses, the development also includes affordable and shared ownership residences. Logistical Building Services (Electrical) was awarded the Mechanical and Electrical installation for Trinity Park in 2023.
Mechanical
Working to four specifications, our Mechanical Team installed:
- Bathrooms and Shower Rooms, including a fully accessible bathroom.
- Soils, wastes and drainage.
- Flow Restrictors to reduce water flow to adhere to local building codes.
- Energy Centre within the basement car park.
- Electromagnetic Conditioner and Water Softner within the Energy Centre.
- Thermal Heat Interface Units in the apartments.
- Full MVHR System.
- Boosted Cold Water Plant Room, with a CAT 5 Booster Set and preparation unit.
- Sprinkler Systems within the apartments and communal spaces.
Electrical
Our Electrical Team provided the following installations:
- Interior and Exterior Lighting, including in the apartments and communal spaces.
- Safety systems including CCTV, Fire Alarms, Disabled Refuge Points, and Intercom Systems including a video handset with touch screen monitor.
- Electrical Car Charging Points in the basement car park.
- Smoke Extract and AOV Systems, with AOV louvers that automatically open to remove smoke during a fire alarm but also when the communal heat thermostats sense overheating in the communal corridors.
- PV Panels on the roof of each apartment block.
