Our Mechanical team has experience in installing both air conditioning and comfort cooling systems, with ducted vents becoming an increasingly popular choice for air conditioning in our residential developments. An alternative to wall mounted air conditioners, ducted units provide an aesthetically pleasing option while we have seen an increasing demand for comfort cooling systems. 

Our team also has experience in installing car park ventilation, essential in preventing the build up of fumes and gases and to assist in the removal of smoke in the event of a fire. As many of the car parks we work on are underground, it is essential that our teams install the appropriate ventilation method to meet the required Building Regulations. Additionally, our employees and sub-contractors are trained in installing smoke extract systems essential for the removal of smoke from a building.
